OnePlus 12 5G Color Options Confirmed Ahead of December 4 Launch Date

OnePlus recently confirmed the release date for its upcoming flagship smartphone in China. Now, the smartphone maker has confirmed the color options for the OnePlus 12 5G.

Apart from color variants, OnePlus has also slowly been teasing key details about its upcoming smartphone. Additionally, reports also suggest that the OnePlus Ace 3 will be unveiled alongside the OnePlus 12 5G.

OnePlus 12 5G Launch Date

The OnePlus 12 5G launch date in China is set for December 4, 2023, at 07:00 pm local time or 04:30 pm IST. The official OnePlus online store and JD.com are already taking pre-reservations for the OnePlus 12 5G.

While there is no official release date, we expect the OnePlus 12 5G to make its Indian and global debut sometime in January or February 2024. Now, here's everything OnePlus has revealed about its upcoming flagship.

OnePlus 12 5G Specifications (Expected)

First off, the company confirmed that the OnePlus 12 5G will be offered Endless Black and Flash of Green color options. There also appears to be a white shade for the OnePlus 12 5G. We also know that the OnePlus 12 5G will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage.

The OnePlus 12 5G will also feature a 2K AMOLED display with a peak brightness of 2,600 nits. The X1 display used on the upcoming OnePlus flagship is the first 2K panel to secure a DisplayMate A+ rating and has also broken 18 DisplayMate A+ records in the process.

For optics, the OnePlus 12 5G has confirmed to feature a 50 MP Sony LYTIA LYT808 primary camera sensor with OIS, a 64 MP OmniVision OV64B telephoto unit with OIS support, and 50 MP Sony IMX581 ultrawide shooter. Up front, the OnePlus 12 5G will likely feature a 32 MP selfie camera.
