OnePlus 12 Launched in India with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, 120Hz OLED Display: Check Price, Specs, Offers
The OnePlus 12 5G has officially been unveiled in India. The OnePlus 12 arrives as the first smartphone from the brand to use the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC and comes with a few upgrades over its predecessor.
Apart from the new chip, the OnePlus 12 also features an OLED display with a peak brightness of 4,500 nits, a massive battery with both wired and wireless fast charging support, and a triple-camera setup with Hasselblad tunning. To recall, the OnePlus 12 5G was already unveiled in China back in December.

OnePlus 12 Pricing, Availability, Offers in India
The OnePlus 12 price in India starts from Rs 64,999 for the base 12GB/256GB configuration. Moreover, the handset is also offered with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. The OnePlus 12 5G is offered in two color options: Flowy Emerald and Silky Black.
The OnePlus 12 5G will go on sale in India from 30th January 2024, through the official OnePlus website, Amazon, OnePlus' store app, and select partner stores such as Reliance Digital and Croma. Customers who purchase the OnePlus 12 can snag a bank discount of Rs 2,000.
OnePlus 12 Specifications
The OnePlus 12 5G is powered by the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage. The handset also features a large 10,000mm2 cooling area for better heat dissipation. The OnePlus 12 5G runs Android 14 out of the box with OxygenOS 14 on top.
The OnePlus 12 5G sports a 6.82-inch 2K Pro-XDR BOE X1 OLED display. The panel features LTPO 4.0 technology for an adaptive 120Hz refresh rate (1Hz - 120Hz) and a 240Hz touch sampling rate. The screen boasts a pixel density of 510 PPI and a peak brightness of 4,500 nits.
The display supports Dolby Vision and HDR10+. It is touted as one of the best displays on a smartphone to date, breaking 18 DisplayMate records, while achieving an A+ rating. The OnePlus 12 also packs in dual-stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support.
Connectivity options on the device include 4G LTE, 5G, Wi-Fi 7, NFC, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, and more. OnePlus' latest flagship smartphone is also equipped with a massive 5,400 mAh battery that supports 100W wired and 50W wireless fast charging. The rear camera system on the handset is also fine-tuned by Swedish camera experts Hasselblad.
OnePlus 12 Cameras, Build
Speaking of cameras, the OnePlus 12 opts for a new triple-rear camera setup on the back with a 50 MP Sony LYTIA LYT-808 sensor at the helm. The main camera is paired with a 48 MP Sony IMX581 ultrawide sensor and a 64 MP Omnivision O64B telephoto-periscope sensor with a focal length of 70mm, OIS, and 3x optical zoom.
Up front, the handset opts for a 32 MP selfie camera. The OnePlus 12 5G also features an IP65 rating for some mild protection against dust and water. The smartphone also features an under-display optical fingerprint reader. It gets Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection on the front and uses a metal frame and glass back.
