The OnePlus 12 5G is set to go on sale in India for the first time today. The OnePlus 12 (Review) was unveiled in India last week alongside the OnePlus 12R (Review).

However, unlike the premium mid-range OnePlus 12R's, the OnePlus 12 5G is a full-blown flagship. It features a vibrant LTPO OLED screen, a flagship Qualcomm chipset, a massive battery with extremely fast wired and wireless charging, and a camera system fine-tuned by Hasselblad.

The OnePlus 12 5G sale in India kicks off at 12 noon today. You can buy the OnePlus 12 5G through Amazon India, OnePlus' store app, and select partner stores such as Reliance Digital and Croma.

The OnePlus 12 price in India starts from Rs 64,999 for the base 12GB/256GB model. However, the 16GB/512GB OnePlus 12 variant will set you back Rs 69,999. The OnePlus 12 5G is offered in Flowy Emerald and Silky Black color options.

Customers who purchase the OnePlus 12 using One Card or an ICICI Bank credit card can get an instant discount of Rs 2,000. OnePlus is also offering No Cost EMI payment options for up to 12 months.

OnePlus 12 Specifications

The OnePlus 12 5G is powered by the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage. The handset also features a large 10,000mm2 cooling area for better heat dissipation. The OnePlus 12 5G runs Android 14 out of the box with OxygenOS 14 on top.

OnePlus' latest flagship smartphone is also equipped with a massive 5,400 mAh battery that supports 100W wired and 50W wireless fast charging. The OnePlus 12 5G sports a 6.82-inch 2K Pro-XDR BOE X1 OLED display. The panel features LTPO 4.0 technology for an adaptive 120Hz refresh rate (1Hz - 120Hz) and a 240Hz touch sampling rate.

The screen boasts a pixel density of 510 PPI and a peak brightness of 4,500 nits. The panel supports Dolby Vision and HDR10+. The OnePlus 12 also packs in dual-stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support. Up front, the OnePlus 12 5G opts for a 32 MP selfie camera.

For optics, the phone features a 50 MP Sony LYT-808 primary sensor with OIS, a 48 MP Sony IMX581 ultrawide sensor, and a 64 MP Omnivision O64B telephoto-periscope sensor with a focal length of 70mm, OIS, and 3x optical zoom. The rear camera system on the handset is also fine-tuned by Swedish camera experts Hasselblad.
