OnePlus 12R 8GB/256GB Variant Goes on Sale in India Today via Amazon: Check Price, Offers

The OnePlus 12R was unveiled in India back in January 2024 in India's premium mid-range segment. More recently, the OnePlus 12R Genshin Impact Edition went on sale in India. And now, OnePlus is releasing a new version of the 12R 5G.

The new variant of the OnePlus 12R comes with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, marking the phone's third memory configuration. Initially, the OnePlus 12R was released in 8GB/128GB and 16GB/256GB variants. Here's a look at our hands-on review of the OnePlus 12.

OnePlus 12R Price, Offers, Availability

The OnePlus 12R with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage will go on sale at 12 noon today through Amazon, OnePlus.in, OnePlus Store App, OnePlus Experience stores, and other offline partner stores.

The OnePlus 12R price in India starts from Rs 39,999 for the base 8GB/128GB variant, while the 8GB/256GB model will set you back Rs 42,999. Lastly, the top-end 16GB/256GB configuration costs Rs 45,999. Lastly, the Genshin Impact Edition of the OnePlus 12R costs Rs 49,999.

Customers can avail an instant bank discount of Rs 1,000 with ICICI Bank Credit cards and OneCard on the OnePlus 12R. Customers can also opt for an exchange bonus of Rs 3,000 on their purchase. OnePlus is also offering a pair of Buds Z2 earphones free with the 12R 5G.

The OnePlus 12R is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset paired with the Adreno 740 GPU. The phone is equipped with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The handset runs Android 14-based OxygenOS 14. It also packs a massive 5,500 mAh battery with 100W wired fast charging support.

For optics, the OnePlus 12R boasts a triple-camera setup that includes a 50 MP Sony IMX890 primary sensor with an f/1.8 aperture and OIS support. The main camera is paired with an 8 MP ultrawide lens and a 2 MP macro unit. Up front, the OnePlus 12R's hole-punch cutout houses a 16 MP selfie camera.

The OnePlus 12R sports a 6.78-inch 1.5K Curved LTPO 4.0 OLED display with a peak brightness of 4,500 nits and HDR support. The panel boasts a 120Hz refresh rate and a 360Hz touch sampling rate. Connectivity options on the device include 5G, 4G, Wi-Fi 7, GPS, NFC, Bluetooth 5.3, and more. The OnePlus 12R is offered in Iron Gray and Cool Blue shades.
