OnePlus 13 Could Draw Design Inspiration From Three-Year-Old 10 Pro
OnePlus is reportedly working on its next-gen OnePlus 13 smartphone, which is rumoured to go official later this year. Earlier a leak already hinted at a revamped camera island for the upcoming handset.
Now, the latest OnePlus 13 mockup render suggests the company might redesign the camera arrangement for the upcoming flagship but come back to the old design. Here's what to expect from the OnePlus 13.

OnePlus 13 Design and Features We Know So Far
The mockup render of the OnePlus 13 was spotted on Weibo, giving a glimpse into its design. As seen in renders, the OnePlus 13 will have a rectangular camera island on the back, housing three camera sensors and an LED flash.
The design might differ from the predecessor OnePlus 12; however, it's quite similar to the OnePlus 10 Pro. The camera of the OnePlus 13 will be placed separately from the side frame as opposed to merged into the side frame on the 10 Pro.
The Hasselblad branding will be in the middle of the camera island. The power and volume buttons were spotted on the right edge and an alert slider on the left side. In terms of features, the OnePlus is rumoured to feature a micro curved 2K display.
The upcoming Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 SoC will power the handset, which will be announced at the Snapdragon Summit in October 2024. The OnePlus 13 is also expected to pack the same 5,400 mAh battery with 100W charging support as the OnePlus 12. Now it remains to be seen if the brand optimises the power delivery with fast charging.
The phone is rumoured to offer the same camera sensors as the OnePlus 12 which was announced with a 50MP Sony LYT-808 primary sensor with OIS, a 48MP Sony IMX581 ultrawide sensor, a 64MP Omnivision O64B telephoto-periscope sensor with a focal length of 70mm, OIS, and 3x optical zoom. Since all these are speculations it's better to take this piece of information with a pinch of salt.
