OnePlus 13 with Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC, Android 15, Hasselblad Cameras Launched in India

The OnePlus 13 5G has officially been unveiled in India as the third smartphone in the country to incorporate the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, following the iQOO 13 and Realme GT 7 Pro. OnePlus also unveiled the 13R and a new colour variant of the OnePlus Buds Pro 3 alongside its flagship phone.

Apart from the Snapdragon chip, the OnePlus 13 also features a 2K LTPO OLED display, three 50MP rear cameras co-developed with Hasselblad, a massive battery with both wired and wireless fast charging, Android 15, and a premium build.

OnePlus 13 Price, Offers, Availability in India

The OnePlus 13 price in India starts from Rs 69,999 for the base 12GB/256GB model. Moreover, the phone is also offered in 16GB/512GB and 24GB/1TB configurations that will set you back Rs 76,999 and Rs 89,999, respectively.

The OnePlus 13 is offered in Midnight Ocean, Arctic Dawn, and Black Eclipse shades. Customers who purchase the OnePlus 13 using ICICI Bank cards can get an instant discount of Rs 5,000. OnePlus is also offering an exchange bonus up to Rs 7,000 on its latest flagship.

OnePlus 13 buyers will also get a free 180-day 'Phone Replacement Plan' and will be eligible for a Complimentary Airport Lounge Program. The OnePlus 13 will go on sale in India from January 10, 2025, through Amazon and OnePlus.in and partner retailers.

OnePlus 13 Specifications

The OnePlus 13 is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip paired with the Adreno 830 GPU. The handset also comes with up to 24GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage. The phone's self-developed gaming graphics engine can easily handle heavy-loaded games with high frame rates and high-definition scenes. It runs Android 15-based OxygenOS 15. Additionally, OnePlus 13 users will get four Android OS updates and six years of regular security patches.

The OnePlus 13 also sports a 6.82-inch 2K 8T LTPO OLED display that is rated A++ by DisplayMate. The screen supports HDR10+ and Dolby Vision as well as HDR Vivid. It also boasts a peak brightness of 4,500 nits and a pixel density of 510 ppi. The display also features an adaptive 120Hz (1Hz - 120Hz) refresh rate and an in-display fingerprint reader.

For optics, the OnePlus 13 features a triple-camera setup on the back with a 50MP Sony LYT-808 primary sensor with an f/1.6 aperture and OIS, a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultrawide lens with a 114° FOV, and a 50MP Sony LYT-600 periscope-telephoto shooter with an f/2.6 aperture, OIS, and 3x optical zoom. The camera system here is tuned in collaboration with Hasselblad. Up front, the phone opts for a 32MP Sony IMX615 selfie camera sensor.

The OnePlus 13 packs a massive 6,000 mAh silicon carbon battery with 100W wired and 50W wireless fast charging support. The OnePlus 13 offers connectivity options like 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, and NFC. It has several sensors, including ambient light, accelerometer, compass, gyroscope, and proximity. It also features an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor and is IP68+IP69 certified for dust and water resistance.
