The OnePlus 13R is driven by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, alongside up to 16GB LPDDR5x RAM and 512GB UFS 4.0 storage. It features a 9925mm² VC cooling area and a 6000mAh carbon silicon battery with 80W fast charging.

The phone boasts a 6.78-inch 1.5K 8T OLED display with 4500 nits peak brightness and an adaptive 1Hz-120Hz refresh rate. The screen supports HDR10+, Dolby Vision, and HDR Vivid.
