OnePlus 15 Confirmed to Launch in India on November 13 as the Country’s First Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 Phone

The OnePlus 15 is confirmed to launch in India next month. The brand has finally revealed the launch date for its next-gen flagship in the country. ln addition, a dedicated microsite has already gone live on Amazon, confirming its availability.

OnePlus 15 Launch Date in India Announced

OnePlus took to its official social media handle to confirm the arrival of the OnePlus 15. The phone is scheduled to launch on November 13 at 7PM IST. Following the launch, the phone will go on sale via Amazon and the company's official website on the same day of its launch starting at 8 PM IST.

OnePlus 15 Specifications

The OnePlus 15 will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, making it India's first phone with Qualcomm's flagship SoC. It will run on OxygenOS 16 in the country, while the Chinese variant ships with Android 16-based ColorOS 16. The Amazon listing also confirms the OnePlus 15 will have a 50MP triple camera system.

Moreover, we expect the OnePlus 15 in India will have the same set of specifications as the Chinese counterpart. The handset has a 6.78-inch 1.5K BOE X3 8T LTPO flat display with a 165Hz refresh rate and 1800 nits of peak brightness.

For imaging, it includes a 50MP primary camera with OIS, a 50MP ultrawide camera and a 50MP telephoto camera. Upfront, it gets a 32MP selfie camera with 4K video recording. The OnePlus 15 also packs a 7300mAh battery with 120W wired charging and 50W wireless charging. Lastly, the phone has an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner and an IP66/68/69/69K water and dust resistance rating.
