OnePlus 5T appears in photo; it has really narrow bezels
OnePlus 5T is expected to launch on November 16.
Now that OnePlus has finally confirmed the existence of OnePlus 5T, we can take the rumors and speculations a bit more seriously. The smartphone is expected to launch sometime this month, most likely on November 16.
While the company hasn't yet outed a teaser poster for the OnePlus 5T, the smartphone has appeared in a few leaks showing its design. Yet again, it has been spotted in a photograph shared by e-Sports player Alessandro Palmarini on his Twitter account. The photo shows someone holding a phone with really narrow bezels. The smartphone is said to be none other than the OnePlus 5T.
Arrived in Paris, here at the #PGW playing Vainglory on @oneplus phone with @FNATIC! Come play with us if you are here! pic.twitter.com/nqVrWVMQ0m

Interestingly, the photo also shows a OnePlus 5 model lying next to the person. Of course, we have no solid proof that the mysterious phone in the picture is indeed the OnePlus 5T, but Palmarini's e-Sports team is sponsored by OnePlus. This adds some weight to the picture. The photo was captured during an event being held during this week's Paris Game Week that runs through this coming Sunday.
Judging from the picture, OnePlus 5T seems to have the same physical size as the OnePlus 5. However, the former will give the illusion of featuring a larger size since it will sport a larger screen due to the reduced bezels. Unlike the OnePlus 5, the OnePlus 5T will have a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner as there will not be sufficient space at the front.
Existing rumors suggest, OnePlus 5T will come with a 6-inch AMOLED FHD+ display with an aspect ratio of 18:9. It is the same aspect ratio that is seen on Samsung Galaxy S8/S8 Plus and LG V30.
