OnePlus 6, 6T smartphones are finally receiving the stable Android 10 update. The OS is topped by OxygenOS 10.0.1. The new update features modified design, similar to the OnePlus 7T and the 7T Pro. Other highlighting features of the update are keyword blocking in the OnePlus Messages app and the contextual display.

The new update offers the operating system with enhanced location permissions for privacy. And, adds the new customized feature in the settings menu, letting users select icons to appear in the quick settings menu. The system also comes with general bug fixes and improvements. For full-screen gestures, the OS inserts inward swipes that can be toggled either from the right or left corner of the screen.

These gestures include a new bottom navigation bar with which you can flip over left or right for the latest apps. The update lets game space feature to merge with games in one place, offering easier access with improved gaming experience. The changelog for the contextual display includes smart info related to a particular time, locations, and events for ambient display. Lastly, the update also allows you to block spam using keywords for Message.

To recall, the latest model from OnePlus is the 7T Pro which sports a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate, carrying a resolution of 1440 x 3120 pixels. It is powered by the Snapdragon 855 Plus SoC, coupled with 8GB RAM and 256GB ROM options. It features 48MP AI triple rear cameras and a single 16MP sensor for selfies. It runs Android 10 based on OxygenOS 10.0 out-of-the-box.

The handset packs a 4,080 mAh battery with Warp Charge 30T support. It is available in Haze Blue color in the Indian market. It is priced at Rs. 53,999 for the mentioned storage variant.
