The OnePlus Ace 2 Pro is expected to launch early next month, confirmed OnePlus recently. The "flagship killer" brand even added that the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset.

Although OnePlus is being secretive about its upcoming smartphone, leaks have revealed its design, and more specifically, the camera hardware as well as key specifications and features. OnePlus also confirmed that the Ace 2 Pro will be the first smartphone to use an aerospace-grade 3D cooling system with a total area of 9,140 sq. mm. This pretty much guarantees the Android smartphone will offer flagship-grade performance.

This same chipset powers the Samsung Galaxy S23 series smartphones, and interestingly, a few other brands too have managed to score this chipset for their devices, such as the upcoming Realme GT Neo 6. The SoC is truly flagship grade, even though, Samsung claims its own Exynos 2400 is better.

OnePlus did announce the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro smartphone but hasn't revealed all the specifications. Now, a prolific and reliable tipster Digital Chat Station has leaked the renders of the smartphone, which reveal multiple key specifications, especially about the rear camera.

It appears the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro does not have the Hasselblad branding. Instead, the renders reveal "ULTRACMOS CAMERA" etched on the upper side of the camera island.
The wording refers to a technology that's patented by Psemi. It essentially promises consistent shot-to-shot performance.

The circular camera island that blends into the side frame mentions the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro mentions the main camera will have a 50 MP 1/1.56" sensor and OIS. A recent leak claimed the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro's triple rear camera would feature a 50 MP Sony IMX890 sensor for the primary camera.

The renders and the tipster have revealed the upcoming OnePlus smartphone will be available in a metallic silver color variant. Needless to say, there should be more color options at the time of its launch.

The OnePlus Ace 2 Pro will first launch in China. Some reports suggest OnePlus might rejuvenate the "T" series and sell the smartphone branded as OnePlus 11T in India. After all, the first OnePlus Ace Pro was rebranded as the OnePlus 10T.

Recent leaks about the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro have claimed it would feature a 1.5K AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Additionally, the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro is expected to pack up to 24GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage. The upcoming OnePlus smartphone is tipped to pack a 5,000mAh battery with 150W wired fast charging support.
