OnePlus Ace 5, Ace 5 Pro Launching Later Today: Check Expected Specifications and Pricing

The OnePlus Ace 5 series is set to make its debut in China later today. The line-up will include the OnePlus Ace 5 and Ace 5 Pro. The two smartphones will be powered by Snapdragon chips. Moreover, OnePlus has teased several details of the Ace 5 series ahead of its launch.

OnePlus Ace 5 Series Launch

The OnePlus Ace 5 series is making its debut in China at 02:00 pm local time or 11:30 am IST. We expect the OnePlus Ace 5 series launch event to be streamed live on the company's official Weibo handle. Additionally, the OnePlus Ace 5 will make its global debut in India and globally as the OnePlus 13R on January 7.

OnePlus Ace 5 Series: What to Expect?

The OnePlus Ace 5 is set to debut with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage. It will feature a 6.78-inch 1.5K flat OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and run Android 15 with ColorOS 15. The device will boast a triple-camera setup, including a 50MP primary sensor, 8MP ultrawide lens, and 2MP macro shooter, alongside a 16MP front camera.

A 6,400mAh battery with 80W fast charging powers the device, which measures 8.02mm thick and weighs 206 grams. With glass protection on both sides, an aluminum frame, and an IP65 rating, it will be available in Celestial Porcelain, Gravitational Titanium, and Full Speed Black.

The OnePlus Ace 5 Pro will step up with the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset but retains the same 16GB RAM and 1TB storage options as the Ace 5. It will also feature the same display, camera setup, and software.

The Pro model, however, offers a slightly smaller 6,100mAh battery with faster 100W charging. It measures 8.14mm thick and weighs 203 grams, sharing the same build quality and IP65 rating. The Pro will come in Moon White Porcelain, Submarine Black, and Starry Purple finishes.

OnePlus Ace 5 Series Price

As per a leaked image on Weibo, the OnePlus Ace 5 will start at 2399 Yuan (around Rs 28,000) for the 12GB/256GB model, while the Pro model is tipped to come with a starting price of 3,599 Yuan (around Rs 42,000).
