OnePlus Ace 5 Pro Key Specifications Tipped: Could Debut as the Most Affordable Snapdragon 8 Elite Phone

The OnePlus Ace 5 series is expected to make its debut in China next month. The line-up is said to include the OnePlus Ace 5 and OnePlus Ace 5 Pro. The launch comes on the back of the OnePlus 13 release last week.

Chinese tipster Digital Chat Station recently revealed some key details about the upcoming OnePlus Ace 5 and Ace 5 Pro. The OnePlus Ace 5 could make its debut as the OnePlus 13R in India and global markets in the first quarter of 2025.

OnePlus Ace 5 Specifications (Expected)

According to the tipster Digital Chat Station, the OnePlus Ace 5 will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage. The phone will sport a 6.78-inch 8T LTPO OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1.5K resolution.

Moreover, the tipster also notes that the OnePlus Ace 5 will opt for a triple-camera setup that includes a 50MP primary sensor with OIS, an 8MP ultrawide lens, and a 2MP macro unit. Up front, the OnePlus Ace 5 could feature a 16MP selfie camera. Lastly, the phone is expected to pack a massive battery, upwards 6,000 mAh, with 100W wired fast charging support.

According to past leaks, the OnePlus Ace 5 Pro will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip. Moreover, the OnePlus Ace 5 Pro will rival the Realme GT 7 Pro for the title of the most affordable Snapdragon 8 Elite smartphone.

The OnePlus Ace 5 Pro could also sport an 8T LTPO BOE X2 OLED display with an adaptive 120Hz refresh rate. For optics, the OnePlus Ace 5 Pro is expected to feature a 50MP Sony IMX906 primary sensor with OIS and a 50MP Samsung JN1 telephoto shooter.
