OnePlus and OPPO recently unveiled a new AI Eraser feature for their smartphones, enabling users to remove objects from photos. The AI Eraser tool relies on the AndesGPT model, a generative AI model developed by OPPO. This AI model requires an internet connection to work. But now, Google's AI smarts thrown into the mix will be an interesting sight.

The announcement, made during Google's Cloud Next event, revealed that these advanced AI features will encompass functionalities like news and audio summary tools, an "AI toolbox," and even the generation of social media content.
