OnePlus Nord 3 price, memory configurations, design revealed ahead of expected July Launch

OnePlus is gearing up to launch a new smartphone in its Nord series globally. Rumours surrounding the OnePlus Nord 3 have been doing the rounds for quite a while now. However, the most recent leaks reveal the design, price, and memory configurations for the OnePlus Nord 3.

The OnePlus Nord 3 launch date is expected to take place sometime in July 2023. According to tipster Roland Quandt, the OnePlus Nord will be offered with up to 16GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage. The tipster also recently teased official looking renders of the OnePlus Nord 3 5G.

According to the tipster, the OnePlus Nord 3 price will start from EUR 449 (roughly Rs 39,900) for the base 8GB/128GB model, while the 16GB/256GB variant will cost EUR 549 (roughly Rs 48,800).

However, this does lead us to believe that the OnePlus Nord 3 price in India will fall anywhere between Rs 29,000 to Rs 35,000. The OnePlus Nord 3 is expected to sit just under the OnePlus 11R 5G, which currently costs Rs 39,999 in India.

OnePlus Nord 3 Design (Expected)

The renders of the OnePlus Nord 3 reveal a triple-camera setup on the back housed in two individual camera modules. Moreover, the handset is seen in Green and Grey colour option and appears to have the alert slider on the side as well.

The renders of the OnePlus Nord 3 5G suggests that the phone will be a rebranded version of the OnePlus Ace 2V, which was unveiled in China earlier this year. Not only is the OnePlus Nord 3's design similar to the Ace 2V, but the former is also seen in the same colour variants.

OnePlus Nord 3 Specifications (Expected)

Previous leaks and rumours also suggest that the OnePlus Nord 3 will feature the same specifications as the OnePlus Ace 2V. The OnePlus Nord 3 will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9000 SoC paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage.

The phone could sport a 6.74-inch AMOLED display with a 1.5K (2,772 x 1,240 pixels) resolution and a peak brightness of 1,450 nits. Moreover, the panel will feature an adaptive 120Hz refresh rate and HDR10+ support. It runs Android 13-based OxygenOS 13. Furthermore, the OnePlus Ace 2V packs a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 80W fast charging.

For optics, the OnePlus Nord 3 is expected to feature a triple-camera setup, although the 64 MP sensor from the Ace 2V will be replaced by a 50 MP main camera with OIS support. The other two lenses will include an 8 MP ultrawide shooter and a 2 MP macro unit. Up front, the phone will likely opt for a 16 MP selfie camera.
