OnePlus Nord 6 Surfaces Online, Tipped to Be a Rebranded Ace 6 with Snapdragon 8 Elite and 7,800mAh Battery
It looks like OnePlus isn’t taking a long break after the Nord 5. A new listing has hinted that the next device in its mid-range lineup, the OnePlus Nord 6, is already in the works.
According to a report by PassionateGeekz, tipster Paras Guglani spotted an unannounced OnePlus smartphone in the IMEI database carrying the model number CPH2807. That’s just a step ahead of the Nord 5’s model number (CPH2707), which strongly suggests this could be its successor.

What the Leak Suggests
While the listing itself doesn’t reveal specs, it confirms that the device exists and that development is underway. Based on OnePlus’ previous naming strategy, the Nord 6 is expected to be a rebranded version of the OnePlus Ace 6, which usually launches first in China.
If that pattern continues, the Nord 6 could make its way to India and other markets as a localized version of the Ace 6, with the same core hardware and minor tweaks to OxygenOS.
Expected Hardware and Features
Early leaks hint that the OnePlus Ace 6, and by extension the Nord 6, may come with the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, paired with up to 16GB RAM and 1TB storage. The display could feature a 165Hz refresh rate and 1.5K resolution, along with an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor.
Battery life might also see a bump with a rumored 7,800mAh unit supporting 120W fast charging. A new squircle-shaped rear camera design is also being discussed, though nothing is confirmed yet.
Where the Nord 5 Stands
The OnePlus Nord 5, launched in India in July, set a solid foundation for this lineup. It featured a 6.83-inch AMOLED display, Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor, up to 12GB RAM, and a 50MP Sony LYT-700 main camera. It also offered an IP65 rating and 80W fast charging, priced at ₹31,999 for the base variant.
