OnePlus Nord 6 Full Specifications and Features Confirmed Ahead of Launch: Snapdragon 8s Gen 4, 165 FPS Gaming
OnePlus has officially confirmed key details about the upcoming Nord 6 ahead of its April 7 launch. Instead of holding everything back for the event, the company has already outlined what the phone will offer, giving a fairly clear picture of where it’s headed.

From what’s been shared so far, the Nord 6 is being positioned as a balanced device. It leans on performance, but also puts equal focus on camera improvements, AI features, and durability.
Camera And Imaging Features
The Nord 6 will feature a 50MP Sony main camera with dual-axis optical image stabilization. There’s also a 32MP front camera, and both are supported by an additional focusing sensor aimed at improving sharpness, especially in low-light situations.
Video recording goes up to 4K at 60fps. One feature that stands out is the Motion Photo Clipper. It records a short 3-second clip with audio, allowing you to pick a frame and export it as a full-resolution still. It’s a small addition, but one that could be useful in everyday shooting.
On the software side, OnePlus is adding AI editing tools like AI Eraser, AI Unblur, AI Portrait Glow, and AI Perfect Shot. These are designed to fix common issues like blur, unwanted objects, or poor lighting directly within the gallery.
AI Productivity And Gemini Integration
The Nord 6 also brings Mind Space, which works as a central hub where users can quickly save on-screen content using gestures or a dedicated key.
This ties into Google Gemini integration. The idea here is that Gemini can use saved data from Mind Space to give more personalized responses. For instance, it can help generate travel plans based on your saved preferences or content.
Other AI features include real-time translation across text, videos, and calls, along with tools like AI Ghostwriter and AI Scan aimed at simplifying routine tasks.
Performance And Battery
The device is powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chip, with OnePlus highlighting support for high-frame-rate gaming, including up to 165 FPS. There’s also mention of improved Wi-Fi connectivity.
Another key highlight is the 9000mAh battery, which is positioned as one of the largest in its segment. That should translate into longer usage, especially for gaming or heavy daily use.
Durability And Build
OnePlus is also focusing heavily on durability this time. The Nord 6 comes with multiple IP ratings, including IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K, covering protection against dust, water immersion, and high-pressure water exposure.

On the front, the phone uses Crystal Guard Glass for added protection against drops and scratches. It has also been tested under military-grade standards, including repeated drop tests and exposure to harsh conditions like hot water.
OnePlus Nord 6 Expected Price
With most of the key features already confirmed, the April 7 launch event is expected to focus on pricing and availability details. As per reports, the OnePlus Nord 6 could be priced above ₹35,000 in India, likely landing somewhere around ₹36,999 or ₹37,999.
