OnePlus is said to have pushed the launch of the OnePlus Nord CE 3 5G, the successor of last year's Nord CE 2 5G, as per the latest leaks. The device will now launch around July this year, as per the report.

The device was originally expected to launch any time now, since its predecessor, the OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G launched in February last year. It looks like OnePlus is busy with its OnePlus Ace 2V, which it plans to launch soon.

The OnePlus Nord CE 3 5G will succeed the OnePlus Nord CE 2. The device is tipped to feature a 6.72-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The phone's screen is rumored to feature an under-display fingerprint sensor.

According to the latest leak, the OnePlus Nord CE 3 5G is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 782G SoC with either 8GB or 12GB of RAM. Buyers can choose between 128GB and 256GB of internal storage.

The OnePlus Nord CE 3 5G will feature a triple camera setup headlined by a 50MP camera with a Sony IMX890 sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP macro camera. The device will have a 16MP camera on the front nestled inside a punch-hole cutout.

The OnePlus Nord CE 3 5G will likely pack a 5000mAh battery that supports 80W fast charging. The 5G-enabled Android smartphone could also include an NFC chip.

OnePlus hasn't officially confirmed the OnePlus Nord CE 3 5G yet. However, since the company launched the OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G a year ago, its successor is overdue.

The device will likely arrive in China first, presumably with a different name. The leaked specifications suggest the OnePlus Nord CE 3 5G could cost ₹25,000 for the 8GB + 128GB. The top-end variant with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage is likely to be priced closer to ₹29,000.

The OnePlus Nord CE 2 had a launch price of ₹23,999 for the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage model. The top-end model with 8GB RAM had a price tag of ₹24,999. Both variants are now available at significant discounts of approximately ₹4,000.
