OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite Could Launch on April 4: Report

OnePlus is reportedly planning to launch the new Nord 3 lineup of smartphones in India, which includes the OnePlus Nord 3, Nord CE 3, and Nord CE 3 Lite. According to tipster Max Jambor, the Nord CE 3 Lite will debut in the coming month.

OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite 5G: Rumored Launch Timeline

The OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite will launch in India on April 4, 2023, claims Jambor. Rumors indicate that the smartphone could be priced around ₹18,999 in the country. To recall, its predecessor, the Nord CE 2 Lite, also launched in the country in April last year.

Meanwhile, past rumors suggest that the OnePlus Nord 3 and Nord CE 3 will be launched later in July. It will come as a rebadged version of the OnePlus Ace 2V which debuted in China earlier this month.

OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite 5G: Rumored Specifications

The OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite 5G could sport a 6.7-inch IPS LCD screen. The display will have an FHD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 120Hz. In addition, the screen will likely include a punch-hole cutout at the front for the selfie camera.

Speaking of cameras, the Nord CE 3 Lite is rumored to feature a triple camera setup at the rear. It could comprise a 108MP primary sensor, a 2MP macro camera, and 2MP depth sensor. At the front, it will have a 16MP camera for selfies and video calls.

The upcoming CE 3 Lite is expected to be powered by a Snapdragon 695 processor. The smartphone could get two storage options, with 8 GB RAM + 128 GB internal storage and 12 GB RAM + 256 GB internal storage. The storage can be further expanded via a microSD card.

As for the battery, the CE 3 Lite could pack a 5,000mAh battery with support for 67W fast charging. The smartphone could run Android 13-based OxygenOS 13 out of the box. For security, it will get a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
