Now, the smartphone has received certification from the UAE's TDRA, hinting at its imminent launch. The certification verifies the model number CPH2719 but stops short of divulging any technical specifics. This endorsement, however, is a clear indicator that the unveiling of the new smartphone is just around the corner.

OnePlus Nord CE 5: What to Expect?

The forthcoming OnePlus Nord CE 5 is expected to bring a range of enhancements over its predecessor, the Nord CE 4, with a notable boost in battery capacity. The predecessor featured a 5,500mAh battery, whereas the Nord CE 5 is rumored to be equipped with a robust 7,100mAh battery. This significant upgrade could set the Nord CE 5 apart as a leading contender in its category for battery performance.

In terms of processing power, the Nord CE 5 is rumored to either house the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 SoC or the MediaTek Dimensity 8400 chipset. Additionally, it may offer UFS 3.1 onboard storage, marking an advancement from the Nord CE 4, which was powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor. Moreover, tipster Yogesh Brar suggests, OnePlus might not launch Nord CE 5 Lite model this year.
