OnePlus Nord CE5 Specs Confirmed Ahead of July 8 Launch - Dimensity 8350 Apex Chip, 7,100mAh Battery, and More

OnePlus is gearing up to launch the Nord 5 and Nord CE5 in India on July 8. Both smartphones will go on sale via Amazon, where their dedicated microsites are already live.

In addition, the company has been gradually revealing features of the upcoming phones. Now, the camera, processor and battery capacity of the Nord CE5 have been confirmed ahead of the official launch.

OnePlus Nord CE5 Specifications Revealed Ahead of Launch

The OnePlus Nord CE5 is confirmed to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 Apex chipset. For graphics, the chip features a 6-core Mali-G615 GPU, delivering up to a 60% increase in peak GPU performance and a 55% drop in power usage, enabling smooth, energy-efficient gaming and visual rendering.

It will come with next-generation LPDDR5X RAM, and the Nord CE5 is claimed to offer seamless power across everyday apps, mobile gaming, AI-driven content creation, and high-definition streaming. With an AnTuTu score of over 1.47 million, the device reportedly positions itself as the top performer in its segment.

Moreover, the OnePlus Nord CE5 will come equipped with a massive 7,100mAh battery with 80W SUPERVOOC fast charging. The device is claimed to be capable of going from 1% to 100% in just 59 minutes. Even a quick 10-minute charge can deliver over 6 hours of YouTube playback.

The device will include Battery Health Magic, OnePlus's system-level charging management that intelligently optimizes charging behavior. It will also features Bypass Charging, which allows the phone to draw power directly from the charger during gaming sessions.

For imaging, the Nord CE5 will offer a 50MP Sony LYT-600 primary sensor (1/1.95") with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS). It will bring advanced features like the RAW HDR algorithm and Real Tone exposure technology from the OnePlus 13 series.

The camera will also support Ultra HDR and can record 4K videos at 60fps, capturing high-clarity footage with lifelike color and dynamic range. As far as the price is concerned, the OnePlus Nord CE5 is expected to start at around Rs 25,000.

OnePlus Buds 4: Specs and Features

The company is also gearing up to launch the OnePlus Buds 4 during the same event on July 8. In terms of specs, the buds are confirmed to offer up to 11 hours of battery life on a single charge, with a combined total of 45 hours when used with the charging case. They will support fast charging, which can provide several hours of playback after just a short charge.

The earbuds will also include touch-sensitive stems that will allow for slide-based volume adjustment. For connectivity, the Buds 4 will feature Bluetooth stability enhancements through what OnePlus calls "Steady Connect." Moreover, they will support quick pairing with Android devices and can connect to two devices at once. A notable addition will be real-time translation, which can be activated through the earbuds, aimed at assisting with basic cross-language conversations.
