OnePlus has officially announced the launch date for its upcoming Turbo 6X series in China. The lineup, which includes the OnePlus Turbo 6X and Turbo 6X Pro, will debut on June 10.
Alongside the launch date confirmation, the company has also revealed several key specifications of the Turbo 6X Pro, giving us a clearer picture of what to expect from the device.

OnePlus Turbo 6X Pro Gets Samsung AMOLED Display
Official teasers confirm that the OnePlus Turbo 6X Pro will feature a Samsung AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution. OnePlus says the panel has been optimized for better outdoor visibility and supports full-brightness DC dimming.
Durability appears to be another focus area. The phone carries IP66, IP68, and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance. OnePlus has also stated that the device has passed seven military-grade durability tests.
Dimensity 7400 Super and 8,000mAh Battery Confirmed
Under the hood, the Turbo 6X Pro will be powered by MediaTek's Dimensity 7400 Super chipset.
The phone packs an 8,000mAh battery with support for 80W fast charging. It will run ColorOS 16 out of the box.
OnePlus has already listed three memory variants for pre-orders: 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB, and 12GB + 256GB. The handset will be available in Orange and Black color options.
OnePlus Turbo 6X Specifications Tipped
While OnePlus hasn't officially detailed the standard Turbo 6X yet, recent reports have revealed several expected specifications.
The phone is said to feature a 6.72-inch LCD display with FHD+ resolution and a MediaTek Dimensity 7360 processor. It is also expected to arrive in the same memory configurations as the Pro model.
Reports further suggest the device will house a 7,000mAh battery and launch in Black, White, and Green color options.
Camera Hardware Expected to Differ
The biggest differences between the two models could be in the camera department.
The standard Turbo 6X is tipped to feature an 8-megapixel selfie camera alongside a 50-megapixel primary rear sensor and a 2-megapixel secondary camera.
The Turbo 6X Pro, meanwhile, is expected to offer a 16-megapixel front-facing camera and a dual rear camera setup comprising a 50-megapixel main sensor and an 8-megapixel secondary lens.
With the launch just around the corner, more details about the Turbo 6X series are likely to emerge before the official unveiling on June 10.
