OnePlus X Champagne Gold Edition officially launched, available starting December 22

    OnePlus today launched a new Champagne Gold colour variant of their recently launched OnePlus X as a part of their two year anniversary celebrations. The new colour variant was initially launched in China and sports a white front and back along with a gold coloured metal frame.

    It is worth noting that the OnePlus X Champagne Gold edition is simply a white variant of the Onyx Edition which was launched in India during the launch at Rs 16,999. Furthermore the Champagne variant is a limited edition model just like the Ceramic edition which went on sale on Amazon India a week back. In fact you will require an Invite to buy the OnePlus X Champagne Gold variant - just like the Ceramic one.

    Just in case you are interested in buying a Champagne Gold variant of the OnePlus you can easily grab so from the company's online store starting December 22nd, albeit with an invite. The limited edition variant of the OnePlus X is so far limited for purchase only in USA at a price of $249 (Rs 16,500 approx.) which is similar to that of the Onyx Black edition.

    OnePlus plans to introduce this new variant of the OnePlus X in Europe soon followed by other international markets. The high flying Chinese startup has also announced that they will be selling the smartphone via week open sales on a first-come, first-serve basis.
