OnePlus X design and pricing reportedly leaked online ahead of launch

    OnePlus is all set to announce the OnePlus X on October 29th. However, a leaked images of a OnePlus ad appeared online in a Chinese microblogging website giving insight into what the yet to be launched OnePlus X could be like.

    The ad has the letter ‘X' in the background with picture of OnePlus X phone in the front. The leaked advertisement also reveals the phones pricing to be 1699 Yuan or about $268, slightly higher than what it was originally speculated to be. The original price estimate for the OnePlus X was rumored to be about $250. TENAA had confirmed some of the specifications for the OnePlus X, early this month.

    5-inch Full HD AMOLED display with resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels.The screen has 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass protection. The OnePlus X has a 2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor with 3GB RAM, 16GB internal storage with memory that is expandable up to 128GB through microSD. The phone is powered by Android 5.1.1 (Lollipop) based Oxygen OS

    and comes with a 13MP rear camera with LED Flash and 8MP front-facing camera with wide-angle lens. The phone is sold in a dimensions of 140×69×6.9mm and weighs about 138g. The phone has a 3.5mm audio jack and 1.2W front-facing speaker. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, USB Type-C. The phone has a 2,450 mAh battery.

    The OnePlus X is expected to be available in Black and White colors with a glass backcover. The phone's pricing for India and its specifications will be known at the OnePlus official event to be held at India this week.
