Oppo A3 spotted on TENAA ahead of launch

Oppo had announced its A1 smartphone last month in China. Now the company seem to be working on a bit more powerful version of the device. The device is said to be dubbed as Oppo A3 and it has been spotted on TENAA. In this article, we will be covering the leaked specs and features that will come with the Oppo A3.

Following the leaked images on TENAA which was first spotted by Slashleaks, the Oppo A3 is not much different in terms of design and look from the Oppo A1. Going by the images it seems like the company has used a taller 18:9 ratio display for the Oppo A3. The rear panel of the device is not much fancy and rather just has the logo at the centre along with single-camera setup at the top-left corner of the device. However, there was no fingerprint scanner spotted neither at the front nor at the rear of the device.This points out that the device might entirely be depended upon facial unlock feature to unlock the phone.

According to the leaked image on TENNA the Oppp A3 will feature 6.2 inches LCD display with 2160 x 1080 pixels resolution. The processor in Oppo A3 seems to be a MediaTek Helio P60 SoC. The smartphone is said to come in two storage variants including 4GB RAM with 64GB internal storage and 6GB RAM with 128GB internal storage, the internal storage is expandable via microSD card.

On the imaging front, the Oppo A3 will feature a 16-megapixel rear sensor along with a LED flash. Up front, the device seems to make use of an 8-megapixel camera. The device will be backed by a 3,300 mAh battery and it is being speculated that the device will come along with a price tag of RMB 2,000 (Rs 21,000 approx).
