The Oppo A58 4G has launched in India today. It is the affordable 4G-only Android smartphone from the Oppo A58 series, which includes the Oppo A58 5G and the Oppo A58x 5G.

The Oppo A58 4G is the first Android smartphone from the Oppo A58 series to launch in India. Incidentally, Oppo launched the series last year in China. The A58 4G was recently spotted on India's BIS certification website and now, Oppo has quietly launched the device in the country.

The Indian variant of the Oppo A58 4G is available on Flipkart. However, as Oppo has a dense distribution network in India, the affordable 4G Android smartphone should be gradually available in physical retail outlets.

The Oppo A58 4G is available in Glowing Black and Dazzling Green. Oppo has launched a single variant of the smartphone in India with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage.

The price of the 6GB + 128GB variant of the Oppo A58 4G is set at ₹14,999. However, buyers can knock off ₹1,500 by availing bank offers. This brings down the effective sale price of the Oppo smartphone to ₹13,499.

Oppo has embedded an octa-core 12nm MediaTek Helio G85 SoC inside the Oppo A58 4G, which is paired with an ARM Mali-G52 2EEMC2 GPU, 6GB LPDDR4X RAM with 128GB eMMC 5.1 storage. Buyers can insert up to 1TB microSD card.
