Oppo A71 with 3GB RAM, AI technology and more launched in India

Oppo has launched a new 3GB RAM variant of Oppo A71 in the Indian market.

    Oppo, one of the popular Chinese brands in India has now announced a new variant of its recently launched smartphone Oppo A71. As such, the company has launched a new 3GB RAM variant of Oppo A71 in the market and the handset comes equipped with an upgraded A.I. Beauty Technology and some other interesting features as well as specs.

    Design, Display, Processor, and Storage

    Starting with the design, Oppo A71(3GB) comes with a 5.2-inch HD screen and sleek metal unibody. The device sports a gracefully curved body that has been designed to fit well in the palm and give an overall comfortable feeling to the users.

    The A71(3GB) brings smoother processing speed and saves more power. Equipped with the latest Snapdragon 450 processor that contains eight 64-bit processing cores clocked at 1.8 GHz, the company has claimed that it will allow more apps to run at the same time offer smoother app switching.

    As per the company, the average speed of opening an app is 12.5 percent faster (* Experimental data in average). The device offers 16GB of internal storage, which can be further expandable to 256GB via microSD card.

    Cameras

    Talking about the cameras, Oppo A71 is equipped with a 5MP front camera featuring extra-large 1.4um pixels and smart arithmetic optimization which according to the company makes selfies more real and natural with more details. At the same time, the camera also comes with bokeh effect.

    At the rear, there is a 13MP rear camera which further comes with Multi-Frame De Noising Technology that reduces noise so that pictures look clearer and more real under darker light. At the same time, the camera app also gets an Ultra HD feature that combines multiple burst photos into one, so pictures taken on a 13MP rear camera look in effect like 32MP. Overall, the upgraded front and rear cameras on A71(3GB) offers a friendlier photography experience.

    Built-in A.I Beauty Technology

    The Oppo A71(3GB) comes specifically equipped with Oppo-specific A.I. Beauty function, which captures more than 200 facial features, makes face recognition more accurate and beauty retouching more refined. At the same time, based on an image database and self-learning ability, the beauty function is said to identify different skin textures and tones, age and sex, and customize the effects according to those characteristics.

    The handset is backed by a 3000mAh battery and runs on Color OS 3.2 based on Android 7.1 Nougat. The dual-SIM smartphone offers connectivity options like 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n), Bluetooth 4.2, and GPS. Sensors on board include Proximity Sensor, Light Sensor, Accelerator Sensor and E-compass. It has a dimension of 148.1x73.8 x7.6 mm and weighs 137 grams.
