Oppo F25 Pro India Launch on February 29; Amazon Availability Confirmed

Oppo has confirmed the launch of the Oppo F25 Pro smartphone on February 29 in India. A dedicated microsite on Amazon has gone live, showing the design in its full glory.

Oppo F25 Pro India Launch Set for February 29

Amazon has made a dedicated microsite for the upcoming Oppo F25 Pro, confirming its availability on the e-commerce site. The teaser shows the phone in a red colour variant. We expect the smartphone will also get other colour variants at the launch.

The Oppo F25 Pro will have a flat-edge design and a rectangular camera module, housing three sensors along with an LED flash. The volume rocker and power button can be seen on the right edge of the display. There will be a punch-hole cutout to house the front camera.

Oppo F25 Pro: Rebranded Oppo 11F?

Given the design of the upcoming Oppo F25 Pro, it seems the handset will be the rebranded version of the existing Oppo 11F. If it turns out to be true, we can expect the Oppo F25 Pro will get the same features as the Oppo 11F.

To recall, Oppo launched the Oppo 11F for THB 10,990 (around Rs. 25,540) last month. The mid-range device from the brand features a 6.7-inch AMOLED Full HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate.

The Oppo 11F is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7050 SoC, paired with 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage with support for microSD card slot.

Running ColorOS 14 based on Android 14, the Oppo 11F has a 64MP OV64B primary camera, an 8MP Sony IMX355 ultrawide lens, and a 2MP macro camera. Other features include 8GB of extended RAM, a 32MP Sony IMX615 selfie camera sensor and a 5,000 mAh battery that comes with 67W SuperVOOC fast charging.

How About Competition?

Smartphone brands such as Realme, Samsung, and Xiaomi offer a range of mid-range handsets at affordable price points. Even Indian homegrown brand Lava is another player in the market, which is prepping up to bring another 5G handset Lava Blaze Curve 5G soon in the country.

Despite the crowded field, Oppo always catches buyers' attention by ensuring captivating designs and impressive camera features. Now, it remains to be seen what features the upcoming Oppo F25 Pro will bring to the table.
