As promised, OPPO has announced the F31 series in India, comprising the standard F31, the F31 Pro, and the F31 Pro+.The new lineup is claimed to be the smoothest and most durable smartphone range under Rs 35,000 in India. Let's take a look at their detailed features, pricing, and availability.

OPPO F31 5G Series Specifications

All three models share a number of features, while the F31 Pro+ brings a few advanced upgrades. The Pro+ model uses a 5,219 mm² vapour chamber, while the Pro and base models use 4,363 mm² and 4,300 mm² chambers respectively. Each of these is paired with expanded graphite layers, ensuring stable performance even in the peak of Indian summers, where temperatures can reach 43°C.

On the software front, the phones run ColorOS 15 based on Android 15 and are confirmed to get two years of OS updates along with three years of security patches. Each model packs 7,000mAh battery with support for 80W SUPERVOOC Flash Charge, reverse charging, and bypass charging.

Moreover, they come with an aerospace-grade aluminium alloy frame, AGC DT-STAR D+ protection, IP66, IP68 and IP69 certifications, and MIL-STD-810H-2022 durability compliance. For imaging, the trio have a 50MP OmniVision 50D40 lens at the rear panel with OIS support. Apart from these shared aspects, the three models differ in terms of display, processor, and storage configurations. Here's a closer look.

The high-end model has a 6.8-inch flat AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It's powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The main 50MP lens of the F31 Pro+ is paired with a 2MP monochrome camera and a 32MP selfie camera. It also includes a bunch of AI features such as AI VoiceScribe, AI Call Assistant, AI Editor 2.0, AI Linkboost 3.0, and AI VoiceScribe.

Lastly, the F31 Pro+ measures 7.7 mm in dimension and weighs 195 grams (Gemstone Blue variant), while both the Himalayan White and Festive Pink variants measure 7.8 mm in dimension and weigh 204 grams.

The OPPO F31 Pro features a 6.5-inch flat AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It measures just 7.9 mm in thickness and weighs 190 grams. The handset comes in two elegant finishes – Desert Gold and Space Grey.

Under the hood, the device is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300-Energy chipset, paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The F31 Pro carries the same camera setup and AI features as the higher-end Pro+ model.

The standard model comes with a 6.5-inch flat AMOLED display featuring a 120Hz refresh rate. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, coupled with 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage. It is offered in Midnight Blue, Cloud Green, and Bloom Red colours.

The main camera of the OPPO F31 is paired with a 2MP portrait camera, while the front houses a 16MP Sony IMX480 sensor. The device also includes AI Editor 2.0.
