OPPO F33 Series Launch & Price Range in India
The OPPO F33 series launch date in India is set for April 15 at 12 pm local time (IST). The line-up will include the OPPO F33 5G and F33 Pro 5G. Before the full launch, OPPO India has shared core details about imaging, materials and finishes.

While pricing details are yet to be revealed, we expect the OPPO F33 Pro price in India to start from under Rs 35,000. On the other hand, the OPPO F33 5G’s price in India could start from under Rs 30,000.
OPPO F33 Series Camera Specifications and Features
The headline hardware is a 50MP ultra-wide front camera, identified as the GC50F6 sensor. It offers a 100° field of view at 18mm focal length with an f/2.0 aperture. OPPO says this configuration captures about 30% more area at a one-metre distance than typical front cameras.
According to OPPO, the wider framing reduces the risk of cutting people from group selfies. The OPPO F33 series also includes a 50MP rear main camera using the OV50D40 sensor. A 2MP depth camera supports artificial bokeh effects, helping create background blur in portrait shots without separate hardware.
Key camera specifications of the OPPO F33 series are summarised below.
| Feature | Specification | Details |
|---|---|---|
| Front Camera | 50MP Ultra-Wide | GC50F6 sensor |
| Field of View | 100° | Front camera coverage |
| Aperture & Focal Length | f/2.0, 18mm | Front camera lens |
| Rear Main Camera | 50MP | OV50D40 sensor |
| Rear Secondary Camera | 2MP | Depth sensor for artificial bokeh |
On the software side, the OPPO F33 series adds the AI Groupfie Expert system for multi-person selfies. Its Auto-Switch mode moves to a 0.6x wide angle when more than two faces enter the frame. A face distortion correction tool adjusts up to six faces at once, helping maintain natural-looking edges.
The OPPO F33 series also introduces AI Portrait Glow to the F lineup. This feature reads lighting conditions in real time and picks one of four styles: Natural Light, Flashlight, Rim Light, or Studio Light. Each option aims to give portraits a different mood while retaining consistent exposure on faces.

For content creators, the OPPO F33 series offers Dual-View Video. This mode records using the front and rear cameras together and combines both feeds into a single file. A Popout function lets users stack multiple photos or motion frames to create layered images with a 3D-like effect in-camera.
OPPO F33 Series Design
The OPPO F33 series replaces the traditional white selfie flash with a Colourful Front Fill Light system, designed to produce softer, multi-toned lighting that adapts to skin tones and indoor or low-light environments.
On the design front, OPPO introduces a new "Starry Sea Lens Module", featuring a rounded-rectangular camera island with two vertically aligned lenses and a ring flash. The phone has a 6.57-inch flat display, weighs 194g, and uses a One-Piece Cold Carving chassis. Its back panel is made from a 1.5mm polymer blend (acrylic + polycarbonate), offering improved durability over standard designs.
The F33 Pro further enhances build quality with CNC-based cold sculpting, creating a seamless glossy camera module against a matte back, finished with a hard coating for added wear resistance.
In terms of colours, the series offers:
- Misty Forest with a Dynamic 3D Depth layered effect
- Starry Blue with a subtle, clean finish
- Passion Red with a reflective metallic look
