Oppo Find X6 Camera Design, Specifications Leaked Ahead of March Launch

After the mega launch of the Oppo Find N2 Flip, the company's first flip phone for global markets, Oppo is gearing up to launch its flagship Find X6 series. The Chinese company has confirmed the launch scheduled for later this month in China.

The Oppo Find X6 series is the upcoming flagship smartphone lineup that Oppo releases in select global markets outside China. India, however, has not featured in the list for quite some time. For now, we only have a few details confirmed, which include the camera module design.

Oppo has teased that the Find X6 Series will feature a circular camera module design on the back. The module looks quite big for its size and includes a triple-camera setup.

While the teaser poster does not reveal the exact launch date, popular Weibo tipster Digital Chat Station claims the smartphone series will debut on March 21 in China.

Previous leaks and rumors about the Find X6 Series have given a glimpse of what to expect from the flagship lineup.

Oppo Find X6 Series: Features and Specifications

For instance, the Oppo Find X6 Pro is expected to use the new 1-inch camera sensor on the back. This is the same Sony IMX989 sensor used by the Vivo X90 Pro Plus and the Xiaomi 13 Pro.

Furthermore, the triple camera stack is expected to feature a 50MP Sony IMX890 ultrawide camera with a 50MP Sony IMX890 periscope camera.

On the other hand, the vanilla Oppo Find X6 is expected to come with a 50MP Sony IMX890 camera, a Samsung JN1 50MP ultrawide camera, and another 50MP telephoto camera. Both smartphones will feature a 32MP primary camera on the front.

Oppo is expected to source the chipsets from the two vendors. The Find X6 Pro could be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, while the Find X6 could feature the MediaTek Dimensity 9200 SoC.

The Pro model is expected to have a 5000mAh battery with 100W fast charging and wireless charging. The vanilla Find X6 will get a 4800mAh battery with 80W fast charging.

The Pro Model will also feature IP68 water and dust resistance, while the vanilla variant will only get an IP54 rating.

That aside, the Find X6 Pro is said to feature the brightest display ever on any phone. A new leak suggests it will feature a 6.8-inch 2K AMOLED display with 2500nits of peak brightness and a 120Hz refresh rate.
