The OPPO Find X8 series is set to make its debut in China later today. The line-up will include OPPO Find X8 and Find X8 Pro. The OPPO Find X8 series will also introduce ColorOS 15 based on Android 15.

While the hype surrounding the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip has surged, the OPPO Find X8 series will use its greatest competitor, the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 SoC. So without any delays, here's everything we know about the OPPO Find X8 series.

OPPO Find X8 Series Launch

The OPPO Find X8 series is set to make its debut in China later today at 07:00 pm local time or 04:30 pm IST. You can tune in to the company's official Weibo handle to watch the OPPO Find X8 series live.

There is no word on the availability of the OPPO Find X8 and Find X8 Pro outside China yet. Apart from Find X8 series, the Oppo Pad 3, Oppo Watch X, and the Enco X3 TWS earbuds are also launching today. The OPPO Find X8 series price in China is expected to start from CNY 4,599 (roughly Rs 54,250).

OPPO Find X8 Series Specifications: What to Expect!

Both the OPPO Find X8 and Find X8 Pro will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 SoC. The OPPO Find X8 is rumoured to sport a 6.59-inch flat AMOLED screen with a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, while the Pro model will likely get a 6.78-inch 2K micro-curved AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate.

Both displays will use LTPO technology for an adaptive refresh rate to help converse power. While both phones could support 100W wired and 50W wireless charging support, the Pro model might pack a slightly larger 5,910 mAh battery compared to the standard variant, which is rumoured to come with a 5,630 mAh unit.

The OPPO Find X8 Pro will also feature a unique dual periscope telephoto setup, first seen on the Find X7 Ultra. This advanced setup features two dedicated telephoto lenses: one tailored for capturing distant landscapes and the other optimized for portrait photography. Both lenses work to enhance detail and deliver a natural, refined look to the photos, whether you're shooting faraway scenes or close-up portraits.

The OPPO Find X8 Pro is rumoured to feature a 50MP Sony LYT-800 primary sensor with OIO support. The main camera will be paired with a 50MP ultrawide lens and a 50MP telephoto-periscope lens. Rumours also suggests that the Find X8 Pro could opt for four rear cameras in total, one for the telephoto shooter and the other for the periscope lens.

The vanilla OPPO Find X8 will likely opt for a standard triple-camera setup with a 50MP main, 50MP telephoto, and 50MP ultrawide lens. The camera setup on the Find X8 series is fine-tuned in collaboration with Hasselblad. Up front, the OPPO Find X8 series will opt for a 32MP selfie camera.
