Oppo is gearing up to expand its Find X8 lineup with the upcoming Oppo Find X8s. Recently, Chinese actor Li Xian was spotted using the device, showcasing its design, including a circular camera module on the back in a stunning gold color. Zhou Yibao compared the Oppo Find X8s to the iPhone 16 Pro, emphasizing its lightweight build. The Find X8s will weigh under 180g, nearly 20g lighter than the iPhone 16 Pro, and measure less than 7.8mm in thickness, offering a much sleeker profile compared to the 8.25mm thickness of its Apple counterpart.

Moreover, the Oppo Find X8s is confirmed to feature four-sided equal bezels, which is achieved through Oppo's advanced in-house display technology, which allows the phone to have black borders around the display measuring just 1.xx mm- making one of the thinnest in the industry, as confirmed by Zhou Yibao.
Oppo Find X8s Expected Features
Although official details remain scarce, reports suggest the Oppo Find X8s could feature the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chip, a 6.3-inch display, and a 5,700mAh battery with 80W wired and 50W wireless charging support. The handset is also rumoured to offer a Hasselblad-branded periscope camera and a new three-stage push button instead of the traditional alert slider.
Oppo Find X8s Launch Timeline (Expected)
While Oppo hasn't officially announced a launch date, the Find X8s is expected to debut alongside the Find X8 Ultra in April. Additionally, Oppo may release a Plus variant, called the Find X8s+, along with other devices such as the Oppo Pad 4 Pro tablet and Enco Free 4 TWS earbuds.
