The video highlights a bold design direction for the Find X9 Ultra, with OPPO leaning heavily into a camera-inspired aesthetic. The device features a prominent circular camera module that reinforces its positioning as a photography-first flagship.

The phone will be available in three colour options:

• Tundra Umber
• Polar Glacier White
• Canyon Orange

Among these, the Tundra Umber variant stands out as the Hasselblad Edition, featuring a dual-tone rear panel and distinct branding. Unlike the other variants that carry a subtle "H" logo, this edition prominently showcases Hasselblad co-branding, further emphasising its imaging pedigree. A key highlight is the 300mm external teleconverter lens, which attaches to the phone's 3x periscope camera. This accessory features an f/2.2 aperture and is designed to significantly extend optical reach. The OPPO Find X9 Ultra packs a powerful quad-camera setup headlined by a 200MP primary sensor that is nearly 1-inch in size. According to OPPO, this sensor captures 10% more light compared to the OPPO Find X8 Ultra, promising improved low-light performance and dynamic range.

Complementing the main camera is a 50MP periscope telephoto lens capable of delivering 10x optical zoom, catering to long-range photography. The device also features a second telephoto camera with a 200MP sensor, offering 3x optical zoom and up to 36% better light intake than its predecessor.

Rounding out the setup is a 50MP ultrawide camera and a 50MP front-facing camera, both of which are claimed to gather 56% more light than those on the previous generation, further enhancing overall image quality across scenarios.

The OPPO Find X9 Ultra will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. The handset is also expected to sport a 2K LTPO OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate.
