Oppo Find X9 Velvet Red Variant Goes on Sale in India: Check Price, Specs, Offers

Oppo’s newest colour option for the Find X9 is now officially on sale in India. The Velvet Red variant, which the company introduced at the end of November, is meant for buyers who want something a little more eye-catching than the usual black or grey.

The sale has already begun across online platforms and retail stores, and it’s available only in one configuration.

Velvet Red Variant Now Available

The Velvet Red model is limited to the 12 GB + 256 GB variant of the Find X9 and carries a price tag of ₹74,999. Since sale listings are now live, buyers can grab it through the Oppo India store, Flipkart or authorised offline outlets.

With ongoing bank offers, the effective price can drop to ₹67,499. There are a few purchase bonuses running as well, including up to 10 percent instant cashback on eligible cards, no-cost EMI plans of up to 24 months and exchange deals through Cashify and Servify. Some finance partners are offering zero down payment options too, which lowers the upfront hit.

Oppo is also bundling a 180-day hardware replacement program with the Find X9 series. Buyers get three months of Google Gemini Pro access, and Jio postpaid customers on plans above ₹649 can claim additional benefits. Users aged 18 to 25 on Jio plans get 18 months of Gemini Pro access at no extra cost.

What You’re Getting With the Velvet Red Model

The new colour doesn’t change anything inside the phone. It still features the 6.59-inch AMOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset paired with 12 GB RAM and 256 GB storage. The phone runs Android 16 with ColorOS 16 layered on top.

Battery performance is handled by a 7,025 mAh silicon-carbon pack. You get 80 W wired charging, 50 W wireless charging and 10 W reverse wireless charging.

The camera setup remains the same as well. Oppo continues its Hasselblad partnership with a trio of 50 MP sensors for the main, wide and telephoto cameras, plus a 2 MP monochrome unit. The front camera comes in at 32 MP. For durability, the phone is rated IP66, IP68 and IP69, and authentication is handled by an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor.
