Oppo Find X9s Specs Leak Points to Dimensity 9500+, Triple 50MP Cameras, and 7,000mAh Battery
Oppo’s not slowing down after the Find X9 and X9 Pro launch earlier this month in China. While those models are gearing up for a global debut on October 28, the rumor mill has already shifted its focus to what’s next—the Find X9s series.
And if the latest leak is any indication, Oppo might be preparing a compact yet powerful phone that bridges the gap between mid-range convenience and flagship performance.

What We Know About the Find X9s
Reliable tipster Digital Chat Station dropped a fresh batch of details about the upcoming device. According to them, Oppo’s next lineup could include three models—the Find X9s, Find X9s+, and Find X9 Ultra—slated for a March or April 2026 release in China.
The Find X9 Ultra is expected to serve as the top dog, reportedly powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset and sporting dual periscope telephoto cameras. The X9s+, on the other hand, might build upon the current X9’s foundation with minor upgrades. But the base Find X9s sounds particularly interesting—it’s said to be a smaller phone that still packs flagship-grade power.
Display and Design Details
The leak suggests the Find X9s will feature a 6.3-inch flat OLED display with symmetrical bezels and rounded corners. It’s an LTPS panel with a 1.5K resolution and an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor.
That’s a solid mix for anyone who prefers a manageable size without giving up on premium touches. If Oppo keeps the same design refinement from the X9 series—clean edges, subtle curves, and a minimal camera housing—the X9s could appeal to those who think most flagships have simply gotten too big.
Power Under the Hood
At the center of it all will be MediaTek’s upcoming Dimensity 9500 Plus chip, which is reportedly an overclocked version of the Dimensity 9500. Early rumors suggest noticeable gains in efficiency and thermal performance, hinting that this SoC could compete closely with Qualcomm’s upper-tier options.
Battery life might also be a highlight. The X9s is rumored to include a 7,000mAh battery, which, if true, would be one of the largest capacities in its class. The phone is expected to support both fast wired and wireless charging, offering flexibility no matter how you prefer to top up.
Camera Setup: Triple 50MP Sensors
Oppo seems to be going all-in on camera consistency this time. The Find X9s could feature a triple 50-megapixel setup—a main sensor, an ultra-wide, and a telephoto unit. The main lens is rumored to use a Sony IMX9-series sensor, suggesting Oppo’s trying to keep the imaging quality close to its Ultra model.
If these leaks hold true, the Find X9s could deliver flagship-level shots in a smaller frame, which might give it a competitive edge over typical “Lite” or “SE” versions offered by other brands.
What’s Next
Oppo hasn’t confirmed anything yet, but if the leaks are accurate, the Find X9s lineup could make for a strong early-2026 launch.
