Oppo K1 Offline Price Details

The Oppo K1 was initially launched at Rs. 16,990 on Flipkart. However, it will now be retailing for Rs. 14,990 at brick and mortar stores. This discount of Rs. 2,000 should attract consumers considering the set of features it offers. It comes in Astral Blue and Piano Black color options.

The device offers a 6.4-inch AMOLED display that delivers 19:5:9 aspect ratio and 1080 x 2340 pixels FHD+ resolution. It features a waterdrop notch and has a 91 percent screen-to-body ratio. There is an in-display fingerprint scanner for security.

Moving to the optics, you get a dual-lens camera module that is packed with a 16MP primary sensor with an f/1.7 aperture and a 2MP sensor for depth mapping. The camera supports 1080@30fps video recording, Panorama, Portrait, and HDR modes.

It has a 25MP camera with an f/2.0 aperture tucked inside the notch for selfies and video calls. The device draws its power from a mid-range octa-core Snapdragon 660 chipset clubbed with Adreno 512 GPU.

The Oppo K1 has been launched in 4GB RAM and 64GB storage configuration and no other variant was introduced in the past year. It supports up to 256GB external microSD card.

It runs dated Android Oreo layered with Color OS 5.2 skin on top. In terms of connectivity, it offers a 3.5mm audio jack, a microUSB port, dual VoLTE, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth. The battery is slightly smaller at 3,600 mAh and also there is no fast charging support.

Overall the Oppo K1 is a decent offering if you are considering buying it. At an asking price of Rs. 14,990, you get an in-display fingerprint scanner. But, you will have to compromise on the hardware considering you get some better internals on the new arrivals in this segment such as the Redmi Note 8 Pro and the Realme 5 Pro.
