OPPO K12 Plus with Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC, 120Hz OLED Display, 6,400 mAh Battery Launched
The OPPO K12 Plus recently made its debut in China. The OPPO K12 Plus succeeds the OPPO K12 and K12x, although it retains the same design as the vanilla OPPO K12.
The OPPO K12 Plus arrives with a capable Snapdragon chipset, a dual-camera setup, a massive battery with fast charging support, an improved VC cooling system, and super-smooth OLED display.

OPPO K12 Plus Pricing, Colour Variants
The Oppo K12 Plus is set to hit the markets in China on October 15, with pre-orders already underway. It is introduced at a starting price of CNY 1,899 (approximately Rs. 22,600) for the base 8GB RAM and 256GB storage model. Other variants, including the 12GB+256GB and 12GB+512GB models, are priced at CNY 2,099 (roughly Rs. 25,000) and CNY 2,499 (about Rs. 29,800), respectively.
An ongoing promotion offers a discount of CNY 100 (around Rs. 1,200) on both 256GB storage options, making it an attractive purchase. Available in two elegant colours, Basalt Black and Snow Peak White, the device offers options to suit various tastes. As of now, there is no information about the OPPO K12+ release outside China.
OPPO K12 Plus Specifications
This newest addition to Oppo's lineup is notable for featuring the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset, enhancing its performance capabilities. Users have the option to select models with up to 12GB of RAM and a maximum storage capacity of 512GB. The OPPO K12 Plus sports a 6.7-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate.
The device operates on ColorOS 14, rooted in Android 14, ensuring a smooth user experience. A significant highlight is its 6,400mAh battery, which supports rapid 80W charging, promising extended usage without frequent power interruptions.
For photography enthusiasts, the Oppo K12 Plus does not disappoint. It comes equipped with a dual rear camera arrangement, alongside a 16-megapixel front-facing camera for capturing high-quality selfies. The primary rear camera boasts a 50-megapixel resolution with a Sony IMX882 sensor, ideal for detailed images, complemented by an 8-megapixel ultrawide camera equipped with an IMX355 sensor.
Connectivity options on this device are plentiful, supporting 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, and NFC. This ensures users can stay connected in various networks and situations. Additionally, the Oppo K12 Plus's storage can be expanded up to 1TB via a MicroSD card slot, providing ample space for apps, photos, and videos.
There's an in-display fingerprint scanner for secure access and an infrared (IR) transmitter to control household appliances. The build quality of the Oppo K12 Plus are made to last, featuring an IP54 rating that ensures the phone is resistant to dust and splashes.
