OPPO is gearing up to unveil two new smartphones in its K series today. The OPPO K13 Turbo and K13 Turbo Pro are aimed at users who demand performance above all else.

To recall, the OPPO K13 Turbo series was unveiled in China last month and is now coming to India. Additionally, the OPPO K13 Turbo and K13 Turbo Pro will debut as the first smartphones in India with an in-built fan.

Following its launch, the two phones will go on sale in India through Flipkart. The OPPO K13 Turbo price in India is expected to start from under Rs 30,000, while the OPPO K13 Turbo Pro price in India could start from under Rs 40,000.

OPPO K13 Turbo Series Specifications

The OPPO K13 Turbo is equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 8450 chipset, while the more advanced K13 Turbo Pro introduces the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 SoC. Both models offer RAM options of 12GB or 16GB LPDDR5X and storage capacities ranging from 256GB to 1TB (UFS Turbo). They operate on Android 15 with ColorOS 15 and support dual SIM cards.

Both smartphones feature a flat OLED display with a peak brightness of up to 1600 nits, a refresh rate of 120Hz, and a touch sampling rate of 240Hz. This makes them ideal for gaming and media consumption. Additional features include an in-display fingerprint sensor, stereo speakers, an infrared sensor, USB Type-C audio, Wi-Fi 6, and Bluetooth connectivity.

The camera setup on both devices includes a primary 50MP sensor, a secondary 2MP camera, and a front-facing 16MP shooter. The rear panel is made from composite glass fibre with a refined 3D metal-cut texture.

A significant feature of these phones is their large 7000 mAh battery that supports fast charging at 80W. Notably, they incorporate an active cooling fan as part of OPPO's Rapid Cooling Engine. This system uses an L-shaped air duct and micro centrifugal fan to boost air volume by 120% and enhance heat dissipation by 20%. A turbo breathing light activates when the fan is operational.

Despite the integrated cooling fan, both models maintain water resistance ratings of IPX9, IPX8, and IPX6. They are the first waterproof phones in the industry with active air-cooling technology. The advanced cooling module also reduces thickness by 0.4mm while increasing battery capacity by 600mAh, weighing just 2.8g.
