OPPO K14x 5G Launch Date in India Confirmed: Check Full Specifications & Expected Price Range

Oppo is preparing to introduce the Oppo K14x 5G in India on February 10, with the company confirming launch details and several key specifications. The new K series phone is expected to replace the Oppo K13x 5G that arrived in June 2024.

The Oppo K14x 5G is confirmed to feature a 6.75-inch display, a 6,500mAh battery and a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset. Oppo has also stated that the handset will run ColorOS 15, placing it in line with the company's latest software experience.

Oppo K14x 5G Specifications & Design

A Flipkart microsite is active for the Oppo K14x 5G, showing a design similar to other K series models. The phone appears to have flat sides, a flat back panel and a pill-shaped rear camera module that holds two cameras and an LED flash.

According to Oppo's teaser, the Oppo K14x 5G will offer a 6.75-inch HD+ screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. The panel is claimed to reach up to 1125nits peak brightness, which should help outdoor visibility. The handset will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 platform.

The Oppo K14x 5G will include a 50-megapixel rear camera as part of its dual camera system. Oppo says the smartphone will support several AI-based imaging features. These are expected to handle scene detection, portrait tuning and low-light enhancement through software within ColorOS 15.

Oppo has not yet detailed the front camera on the Oppo K14x 5G, but the company is positioning the device as a successor to the Oppo K13x 5G. That earlier model arrived with an 8-megapixel selfie camera, so users may expect at least a similar level of performance.

The Oppo K14x 5G is set to include a 6,500mAh battery with 45W charging support. Oppo claims the battery can deliver up to 17.6 hours of YouTube video playback and 16.1 hours of Google Maps navigation, plus as much as 12.1 hours of WhatsApp video calls.

OPPO K14x 5G Price in India (Expected)

We expect the OPPO K14x 5G price in India to start from under Rs 15,000. Following its launch, the OPPO K14x 5G will go on sale in India through Flipkart. It is also expected to receive a price hike over the OPPO K13x 5G, which fetched a launch price of Rs 11,999 when it launched in June 2025.

For now, Oppo's confirmed details indicate that the Oppo K14x 5G will refresh the company's affordable 5G lineup in India. Additionally, reports also suggest that OPPO is preparing to unveil the Reno 16 series in China this quarter.
