Oppo K15 Key Specifications Confirmed Ahead of Next Week’s Launch: Here’s What to Expect

Oppo is set to expand its K15 lineup with the launch of the standard Oppo K15 in China. After introducing the Oppo K15 Pro, K15 Pro+, K15 Turbo, and K15 Turbo Pro earlier this year, the company has now listed the vanilla K15 on its official online store, revealing its design and key specifications ahead of its debut.

Oppo K15 Launch

The official listing confirms that the Oppo K15 will launch in China on July 24, with sales commencing the same day at 10:00 AM local time or 07:30 am IST. The smartphone will be offered in a single 12GB RAM + 256GB storage configuration and will be available in Royal White and Gale Grey colour options.

Oppo K15 Specifications Revealed

The Oppo K15 sports a familiar design inspired by the K15 Pro series, featuring a flat-frame construction, a rectangular rear camera module, and the signature breathing light integrated into the back panel.

The handset packs a 6.59-inch display, although Oppo has yet to disclose details about its resolution and refresh rate. Under the hood, it is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7360 Super chipset, paired with Oppo's Tide Engine technology for improved system performance and efficiency.

One of the biggest highlights is its massive 8,000mAh Glacier battery, which supports 80W wired fast charging. Oppo has also equipped the device with a 4,950mm² vapour chamber (VC) cooling system and claims the internal cooling fan is designed to last for up to five years.

For photography, the Oppo K15 features a 50MP primary camera with OIS, accompanied by a 50MP ultra-wide camera on the rear. Selfies and video calls are handled by a 50MP front-facing camera. The smartphone will boot ColorOS 16 based on Android 16 out of the box.

On the durability front, the Oppo K15 has passed eight military-grade durability tests and carries an IP69 rating for dust and water resistance. Connectivity features include dual-band GPS, tri-frequency BeiDou positioning, and Oppo's Shanhai Communication technology, which is designed to improve network stability in challenging environments.
