Oppo Reno 10 Pro+: Battery & Charging Specs Confirmed before May 24 Launch

Oppo is preparing to release the Reno 10 series in China on May 24, consisting of three models: Oppo Reno 10, Oppo Reno 10 Pro, and Oppo Reno 10 Pro+. The design and color options for the Reno 10 series have already been disclosed by the company. Prior to the launch event, Oppo has now provided additional information about the Reno 10 Pro+ 5G.

Oppo's recent Weibo post confirms that the Reno 10 Pro+ 5G will feature a 4700mAh battery and weigh 194 grams. Additionally, the company has unveiled that the device will support 100W fast charging, ensuring speedy recharging times.

Key specs of the flagship Reno 10 series phone have already surfaced online. The device will be available in three color options: Gold, Twilight Purple, and Moonsea Black. Furthermore, OPPO has confirmed that the phone will feature a curved display with a centrally positioned hole-punch cutout.

The Reno 10 Pro+ 5G features a pill-shaped camera module on the back, designed with a dual-tone color scheme. It incorporates a triple-camera setup and an LED flash.

Preliminary images revealed the inclusion of a periscope zoom lens and the MariSilicon X NPU, enhancing the phone's photography capabilities. The Chinese version of the device offers generous specifications, including 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM and storage options of 256GB and 512GB utilizing UFS 3.1 storage tech.

Oppo Reno 10 Pro+: Rumored Specifications

Regarding the rumored specifications, the Reno 10 Pro+ 5G is expected to have a 6.7-inch, 120Hz, OLED display with curved edges. With a speculated thickness of 8.28mm, the device looks to have a premium feel.

Under the hood, it's rumored to be powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC for processing chops.

The main camera is said to have a 50MP Sony IMX890 sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS). Additionally, an 8MP ultra-wide camera and a 64MP periscope zoom lens are expected to be included in the camera system. For selfies, the device may feature a 32MP Sony IMX709 sensor.

On the software side, it is rumored that the Reno 10 Pro+ 5G will come with Android 13 out of the box, featuring OPPO's ColorOS 13.1.

Oppo Reno 10 Pro+: Availability

OPPO has not officially announced any information regarding the launch of the phone in India. However, there are speculations that the Reno 10 series will be launched in India in July.
