OPPO Reno 14, Reno 14 Pro Launched with MediaTek Chipsets, 1.5K AMOLED Display: Pricing and Specifications

The OPPO Reno 14 series has officially been unveiled in China. The line-up includes the OPPO Reno 14 and Reno 14 Pro, which debut as the company's latest premium mid-range offerings.

OPPO Reno 14 Series Specifications

The Reno14 features a Dimensity 8350 processor clocked at up to 3.35GHz, paired with Mali-G615 MC6 GPU. The Pro model uses a Dimensity 8450 processor running at up to 3.25GHz, coupled with Mali-G720 MC7 GPU operating at 1300MHz. These smartphones come with up to 16GB of RAM and storage options reaching up to 1TB.

They run on Android 15 with ColorOS and include an X1 chip to improve network quality. Both models support various connectivity options including Dual SIM (5G SA/NSA), Wi-Fi 6 (802.11 ax), Bluetooth version 5.4, GPS systems like Beidou, GLONASS, Galileo, QZSS, and USB Type-C ports for audio output through stereo speakers.

The Reno 14 series feature flat AMOLED displays with 1.5K resolution, measuring 6.59 inches for the Reno14 and 6.83 inches for the Pro version. The Reno14's display supports a refresh rate of up to 120Hz and a touch sampling rate of 240Hz, achieving peak brightness levels of up to 1200 nits.

It also includes OPPO Crystal Shield Glass protection for added durability. Both screens offer 3840Hz PWM dimming, a departure from the previous quad-curved design. The devices are built with metal frames and have IP66, IP68, and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance.

Both phones are equipped with a 50MP main camera and a 50MP periscope telephoto lens with 3.5X zoom. The Reno14 Pro includes an additional 50MP ultra-wide camera, whereas the standard model has an 8MP ultra-wide lens. For selfies, both models feature a 50MP front camera.

The battery capacity for the Reno14 is 6000mAh, while the Pro version has a slightly larger 6200mAh battery. Both support fast charging at 80W, with the Pro model also offering wireless charging at 50W.

The OPPO Reno 14 price in China starts from Yuan 2,799 (roughly ₹33,250) for the base 12GB/256GB model. Moreover, the OPPO Reno 14 Pro price in China starts from Yuan 3,499 (roughly Rs 41,600) for the 12GB/256GB variant. The OPPO Reno 14 series will go on sale in China from May 23. We can expect the OPPO Reno 14 series to make its debut in India in the coming months.
