Oppo Reno 16 Series Launch Date Confirmed: Pre-Orders Live, Colours and Variants Revealed
Oppo is finally ready to take the wraps off the Reno 16 series. The company has confirmed launch dates for Indonesia and Malaysia, and pre-orders are already live in both markets. Ahead of the official unveiling, regional listings have revealed colour options, storage variants, and even chipset details for all three phones in the lineup.

Launch Dates and Pre-Orders
The Reno 16 series will launch on July 3 in Indonesia, a few days ahead of its July 8 debut in Malaysia. Oppo Malaysia's microsite is already live and accepting pre-orders. It also teases a couple of other launches alongside the phones, including the Oppo Bubble, a display accessory that attaches to the back of the Reno 16 series, and two new earbuds, the Enco Air 5 and Enco Air 5s.
Oppo Indonesia has gone a step further, setting up dedicated pre-order pages for each of the three Reno 16 phones.
Colours and Storage Variants
The Reno 16F sits at the entry-level end of the lineup and comes in two configurations: 8GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB. It's available in Dream Purple, Pop White, and Twilight Violet.
The standard Reno 16 is offered in Pop White and Twilight Violet, with 8GB+256GB and 12GB+256GB storage options to pick from.
At the top, the Reno 16 Pro keeps things simple with a single 12GB+256GB variant. Buyers get to choose between Pop White and Starlight Black.
Chipsets Tipped via Geekbench
Oppo hasn't officially confirmed the processors powering these phones, but Geekbench listings have already given the game away. The Reno 16F is expected to run on the Dimensity 7300, the Reno 16 on the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4, and the Reno 16 Pro on the Dimensity 8500 or 8550.
Beyond the chipsets, Oppo hasn't shared anything else about specs yet. With the launch just weeks away, more details should start trickling in soon.
