OPPO Reno14 Series Gets Advanced Google Gemini AI Features

OPPO and Google have taken their partnership to the next level. The latest flagship, Find X8, will support Android 16 Beta 3, showing how closely the two companies are working together.

Now, in the Reno14 Series, Google's Gemini AI will be able to pull information and take actions across multiple apps and services, including OPPO Notes, Calendar, and Clock.

Gemini Integrates with OPPO Apps

Building on the foundation laid by ColorOS 15, OPPO and Google have teamed up to take AI integration to the next level. In the Reno14 Series, users will be able to ask Gemini to do things in OPPO apps using just one simple voice prompt. By holding the side button, users can talk to Gemini and ask it to do things like create notes, set reminders, or check their calendar.

Gemini will soon support multi-app journeys, helping users complete complex tasks and save time. For example, it can read a long document, pick out the main points, and save the summary in OPPO Notes. It can also watch a recipe video on YouTube and save the important steps in your notes automatically.

Planning your trip will also get easier. For instance, when you book a trip, just ask Gemini to "add this to my OPPO Calendar and it will automatically create an event in OPPO Calendar.

OPPO's Vision for AI Innovation

At Mobile World Congress 2025, OPPO unveiled its enhanced AI strategy, committing to delivering comprehensive, secure, and continuously evolving AI solutions. It also planning to bring generative AI tools to approximately 100 million users by the end of 2025.

OPPO Reno14 Series Launch in India (Expected)

OPPO recently launched the Reno14 series in China. It's also expected to bring Reno14 and Reno14 Pro soon to the Indian market; however, there's no word regarding the exact launch timeline as of now.
