OPPO Expands Service Center 3.0 Pro Network To 150+ Locations In India
OPPO is expanding its after-sales network in India, with a plan to take its Service Center 3.0 Pro format to over 150 locations in 2026. That’s an increase from its earlier direction of 110 centers, with more than 50 expected to be operational by June.

What’s Changing Inside These Centers
The Service Center 3.0 Pro format focuses more on how the experience is handled rather than just adding more locations.
These centers are designed to include digital check-ins, real-time queue tracking, and digital displays that keep users updated during their visit. There’s also a shift towards face-to-face servicing, where repairs are carried out in a more visible way.
The layout is also being reworked. OPPO is introducing product experience zones along with waiting lounges, aiming to make visits feel more structured and predictable compared to traditional service setups.
Speed And Scale Of Support
Alongside these changes, OPPO is also focusing on response time.
The company says many users are assisted within minutes of arriving at a service center. It also highlights a one-hour turnaround time for repairs as something customers already value.
Beyond these upgraded centers, OPPO’s broader service network includes over 580 service locations across more than 500 cities in India. Support is available in 19 languages, and the company offers options like free pick-up and drop along with a 24-hour turnaround target for most repair requests.
With this expansion, OPPO is increasing both the number of service touchpoints and how those services are delivered, with more locations expected to roll out through the year.
