POCO F6 With Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 Launch Imminent; POCO F6 Pro Could Tag Along

POCO is expected to launch the POCO F6 series comprising a standard variant and a Pro model soon in the global market. The POCO F6 was spotted on the NBTC certification website, hinting at an imminent launch.

On the other hand, the POCO F6 Pro already made its appearance on Thailand's NBTC certification site in March. So, there is a chance the brand could bring two devices at the same time.

POCO F6 Launch Expected Soon

The POCO F6 has appeared with model number 24069PC12G. The letter 'G' at the end confirms it is the global variant. The certification site did not disclose any specifications of the upcoming POCO F6.

However, the Geekbench listing revealed the POCO F6 will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, paired with 12GB of RAM. The phone is also tipped to come with Android 14 OS.

Further, the standard F6 is speculated to be the rebranded version of the Redmi Turbo 3. The latter comes with a 6.67-inch 1.5K (2712 x1220 pixels) AMOLED display with a peak brightness of 2,400 nits.

The Redmi Turbo 3 packs a 5,000 mAh battery with 90W wired fast charging support. For imaging, the phone has a 50MP Sony LYT-600 primary sensor with OIS and an 8MP Sony IMX355 ultrawide lens. It also includes a 20MP selfie camera and stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support.

Coming to the POCO F6, which received BIS certification last month. This means the device will make its way to the Indian market in the future. Even, the global launch timeline is yet to be revealed; however, we expect both the POCO F6 and POCO F6 Pro might go official this month in the global market.
