POCO F7 Pro and F7 Ultra Launched Globally: Check Price, Specs, Availability
Xiaomi has officially launched the POCO F7 Series for global markets, introducing two new devices-the F7 Pro and F7 Ultra-targeted at users looking for performance-driven Android phones with recent hardware and software.

Build and Display
Both the POCO F7 Pro and Ultra feature a 6.67-inch 2K OLED display using TCL's M9 LTPS panel. The screen supports a 120Hz refresh rate, a 480Hz touch sampling rate (Ultra only), and HDR content playback. The F7 Ultra uses POCO Shield Glass, while the F7 Pro is protected by Gorilla Glass 7i. Brightness levels differ slightly, with the Ultra peaking at 3200 nits and the Pro maxing out at 1800 nits.
Internally, both phones use LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 storage, offering high-speed performance aligned with 2025 flagship standards.
Performance and Software
The POCO F7 Ultra is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite, which is effectively a high-binned version of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. The F7 Pro uses the standard Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. Both devices ship with Android 15 and run Xiaomi's HyperOS 2 skin.
HyperOS 2 includes system-level adjustments and a performance-focused feature called WildBoost Optimization 4, which is designed to balance thermals, frame rates, and power consumption during resource-heavy tasks like gaming.
Battery and Charging
Battery configurations reflect one of the clearer distinctions between the two models:
- F7 Ultra: 5300mAh battery, supports 120W wired and 50W wireless charging
- F7 Pro: 6000mAh battery, supports 90W wired charging, no wireless support
The Ultra is better equipped for fast charging in both wired and wireless modes, while the Pro offers a higher capacity battery, though charging is limited to USB 2.0 speeds.
Camera
The camera setup is another key differentiator:
- F7 Ultra: Triple camera system with a 50MP Sony Light Fusion 800 main sensor, 50MP 2.5x telephoto lens, and a 32MP ultrawide lens. Front camera is 32MP.
- F7 Pro: Dual rear cameras, with a 50MP Sony Light Fusion 800 sensor and an 8MP ultrawide. The front camera is 20MP.
Both devices include optical image stabilization (OIS) and support 4K video capture, though the Ultra's configuration provides more flexibility in focal lengths and resolution.
Connectivity and Additional Features
Both models support:
- Wi-Fi 7
- NFC
- Stereo speakers
- Ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner
- X-axis linear motor for haptic feedback
The F7 Ultra includes Bluetooth 6.0 and carries an IP69 rating for water and dust resistance, while the F7 Pro includes Bluetooth 5.4 and has a slightly lower IP68 rating.
