POCO M7 5G Launching in India at 12 noon Today: Full Specifications and Price Range Confirmed

The POCO M7 5G is set to make its debut in India later today. The launch of the POCO M7 5G follows the Poco X7 series, although the M7 will debut as an ultra-affordable 5G smartphone. Ahead of the launch, Poco has already teased several specifications as well as the pricing of the M7 5G.

The POCO M7 5G is launching in India at 12 noon today. Following the launch, the POCO M7 5G will go on sale in the country through Flipkart as well as mainline retailers.

The POCO M7 5G is offered in Ocean Blue, Mint Green, and Satin Black shades. The POCO M7 5G price in India starts from under Rs 10,000 (Rs 9,499 or Rs 9,999) for the base model. Poco also claims that the M7 5G will be the only phone in the segment to come with up to 12GB of RAM.

POCO M7 5G Specifications

The POCO M7 5G will be powered by the 4nm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 paired with up to 12GB of RAM. Additionally, up to 6GB of unused storage can be utilized as virtual RAM through Poco's RAM Turbo feature. The POCO M7 5G will also sport a 6.88-inch HD+ IPS LCD screen with an HBM of 600 nits.

The screen sports a 120Hz refresh rate and a touch sampling rate of 240Hz. The display on the phone is TUV Low Blue Light and Flicker-Free certified. POCO also teased the phone's 5,160 mAh battery and support for 18W wired fast charging support, although a 33W adapter is included in the box. The POCO M7 is also confirmed to come with 2 years of OS updates and four years of regular security patches.

For optics, the POCO M7 5G features a dual-rear camera setup with a 50MP Sony primary sensor and a secondary lens. Up front, POCO has confirmed the phone will use an 8MP selfie camera. The POCO M7 5G will also feature an IP52 rating for resistance to dust and light splashes of water.
