Poco X5 5G Goes on Sale, Price Starts at ₹18,999

The Poco X5 5G is now available for purchase in India, a week after it was unveiled in the country. The smartphone is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor and arrives as the successor to the Poco X4.

Poco X5 5G: Price in India

The Poco X5 5G comes in two storage options, one with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage, while the other features 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. The lower-end version is priced at ₹18,999 and the higher-end model costs ₹20,999.

As part of its launch offers, the brand is offering a flat discount of ₹2,000 on purchases made via debit or credit cards. Customers can also avail an additional ₹2,000 off by exchanging their old phones.

The Poco X5 5G is now available for purchase via Flipkart. The smartphone comes in Jaguar Black, Supernova Green, and Wildcat Blue colorways.

Poco X5 5G: Specifications

The Poco X5 5G sports a 6.67-inch AMOLED panel with a Full HD+ resolution of
2400 x 1080 pixels. The display has a refresh rate of 120Hz and peak brightness of 1200nits. The screen has a punch-hole cutout at the top, which houses the selfie camera.

Speaking of cameras, the Poco X5 features a triple camera setup at the rear. It comprises a 48MP main camera, an 8MP ultrawide lens, and a 2MP macro sensor. At the front, there's a 13MP camera for selfies and video calls.

Poco's latest X-series smartphone is equipped with an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 chipset, which is paired with an Adreno 619 GPU. The processor is accompanied by up to 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage.

The Poco X5 features a 5,000mAh battery with support for 33W fast charging via a USB Type-C port. Connectivity options include dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, 5G, and GPS. The phone boots Android 12-based MIUI 13 out of the box.
